Shipping Info:
You will see at checkout that we offer many shipping options. Please choose the one that works the best for you. 
 
We offer local pick up, free of charge, in three locations:
- Fort McMurray, AB
- Blackfalds, AB
- Port aux Basques, NL (InSparations Day Spa)
 
When ordering local pickup to InSPArations Day Spa, your order will be shipped out with other others. We will be shipping out on a two week rotation to make sure there are enough orders going back to accomodate the free shipping.

  •  The Lettermail shipping option is available for small products only. This is a cost-effective shipping method for customers ordering up to two ornaments, two stocking tags, one or two pillowcases, a small-sized Mom puzzle, or our Santa/Elf letters.

     

    Please note: If you select the Lettermail option for items that do not meet these criteria, your order will be canceled and reprocessed at the appropriate shipping rate for your products. You will be responsible for any fees associated with the cancellation and reprocessing of your order.
